Andrew Fedder, Esq.

Mr. Fedder joined Scorpion Therapeutics in September 2021 with over a decade of legal experience. Prior to joining Scorpion Therapeutics, Mr. Fedder worked at Bristol Myers Squibb in increasing roles of responsibility, most recently acting as Assistant General Counsel for Corporate and Business Development. Prior to his time at Bristol Myers, Mr. Fedder worked at international law firms based in New York City where he focused on representing clients in corporate governance matters and complex business transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and strategic investments.

Mr. Fedder holds a J.D. from Emory University School of Law and a B.A. in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
